Active Folate 1000 provides 1,000 mcg of folate per capsule as calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (Metafolin®), a naturally occurring, bioavailable and physiologically active form of folate that the body can directly use without conversion. Folate plays a key role in many biological processes, including cell division, nucleotide synthesis, and the conversion of homocysteine to methionine, contributing to cardiovascular and cellular health.

This product is free from gluten, dairy, soy, corn, yeast, wheat, sugar, artificial colours/flavours, and preservatives, and is suitable for vegan diets.
