Caution
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are on a fat-restricted diet. Some people may experience symptoms of Herxheimer reaction (i.e. headaches, nausea, chill, fatigue, muscle ache, low-grade fever, hypotension). Other side effects may include vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and bloating. Many of the above symptoms may be alleviated by drinking in smaller portions and more slowly.
