Recommended Use 

Adults 19+: Take 1-3 capsules daily, in divided doses, with or between meals or as recommended by your healthcare provider.

Contraindications 

Do not use if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients, pregnant or breastfeeding or have scleroderma. 

Caution 

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any medications (especially carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity; these may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John's wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication) or if you have any pre-existing condition or symptoms including but not limited to if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on a low protein diet. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to any scheduled surgery.  

Do not use concurrently with SSRI medications or MAO inhibitors.

Side Effect Risks 

Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist, worsen or you develop any reactions which may include allergy or intolerance, signs of weakness, oral ulcers, abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain, skin changes, drowsiness, and or digestive symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or diarrhoea). Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Keep out of reach of children. Sealed for your protection.
