- DIM is known to help stimulate natural detoxification enzymes to support healthy estrogen metabolism. As a natural component derived from indole-3-carbinole and cruciferous vegetables, DIM has been shown in clinical research to favour the production of the estrogen metabolite 2-hydroxysterone over the more deleterious 16-hydroxyestrone.
- DIM can also decrease the severity and duration of recurrent breast pain and promote antioxidant support.

- Polyphenols in green tea, specifically the catechins, provide the primary health promoting benefits associated with green tea consumption. Catechins, most notably epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), are effective antioxidants and decrease harmful oxidative damage. Similarly, curcuminoids are the naturally occurring bioactive compounds from turmeric.
- Since curcuminoids exhibit poor absorption when consumed orally, DIM®Enhanced contains a highly bioavailable curcumin complex called MERIVA®. Pharmacokinetic comparison studies have shown MERIVA® to have up to a 20-fold improvement in bioavailability versus the standard 95% turmeric extracts.

Contraindications
Do not use if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Caution
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any medications or if you have any pre-existing condition or symptoms including but not limited to pregnancy, breastfeeding, a liver disorder or symptoms of low estrogen (such as joint pain, mood changes, changes in libido, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness or irregular menstruations), an iron deficiency, gallstones or bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, or if you are attempting to conceive. To exclude the diagnosis of a serious cause of hormonal imbalance, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to any scheduled surgery.

Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist, worsen or you develop any reactions which may include allergy or intolerance, weakness, liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice) or symptoms of low estrogen, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Keep out of reach of children. Sealed for your protection. Do not use if seal is broken. Store in a cool dry place.
