Recommended Use
Adults 19+ : Take 1 capsule two to four times daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Swallow whole; do not crush or chew. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them. Use the smallest dose to control the symptoms.
Duration of use
For swelling and pain reduction: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 7 days. For the reduction of ear, nose, and throat infections, or as a mucolytic enzyme: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
