Recommended Use
Adults 19+: Take 2 capsules one to four times daily with meals or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner.
