Recommended Use
Adults 19+: Take 2 capsules one to three times daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Other drugs may interact with this product, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products.
