Recommended Use
Adults (19+): Take 2–6 capsules in a single dose at bedtime two to three times per week; if results are not observed, the frequency may be increased up to once daily; or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Allow at least 6–12 hours for laxative effect to occur. If you are taking other medications or health products, take this product a few hours before or after them. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.
