Testo-Quench is a combination of herbal extracts, including chasteberry, specifically formulated to help relieve premenstrual and menopausal symptoms.
- Hormones normally fluctuate during a woman's menstrual cycle. Research shows that premenstrual symptoms are associated with hormone imbalances in the second half of the cycle, including high estrogen and prolactin levels, as well as low progesterone levels.
- Menopause occurs in women in their late 40s or early 50s when fertility and menstruation are ending. Women may experience a drop in estrogen levels that can lead to undesirable symptoms, such as hot flashes, night sweats, changes in sleep, mood swings or other symptoms.
- Chasteberry contains active constituents that play a role in hormone activity, including support for normal prolactin, estrogen and progesterone levels. It has also been found to decrease the activity of androgens, such as testosterone. Through these actions, chasteberry helps normalize hormones and stabilize menstrual cycle irregularities. Studies have shown that chasteberry extract supplementation also helps mediate premenstrual symptoms, including mood, headache, bloating, and breast fullness. Chasteberry extract has also been shown to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flashes.

Contraindications
Do not use if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients, pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of Apiaceae/Carrot family.
Caution
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any medications (especially hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy, if you are taking any heart or blood pressure medication), supplements or if you have any pre-existing condition or symptoms including but not limited to diabetes. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to any scheduled surgery.
