Though classified as a vitamin, vitamin D is actually a key regulatory hormone for calcium and bone metabolism. vitamin D has many other roles in the body, including modulation of cell growth, neuromuscular and immune function.

Each Tablet Contains:
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1000 IU
Cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silica.
Contains No: Added: dairy, corn, gluten, yeast, shellfish, animal products, salt, gluten, soy, tree nuts, artificial colouring, artificial preservatives, or GMOs.
Adults 19+: Take one tablet daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
This product provides an active form of vitamin D that is readily utilized by the body.
Do not use if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use more than the recommended dose if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any medications, or if you have any pre-existing condition including but not limited to: autoimmune disorder, bleeding disorder, diabetes, kidney or liver disease. May increase the risk for hypercalcemia when taken with a thiazide medication (diuretic).36 Vitamin D may improve insulin sensitivity and lower blood pressure, requiring a reduction in dosage of hypertension and/or diabetic medications. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to any scheduled surgery.
