These compounds act synergistically to promote the antioxidant actions of Vitamin E10, thereby reducing damage to cell membranes, proteins, and DNA. Vitamin E10 may protect against atherosclerosis by preventing the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein (LDL). Additionally, by improving cellular respiration of all muscles, in particular cardiac and skeletal muscles, Vitamin E10 may increase overall body endurance and stamina.
