Contraindications 

Do not use if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients, pregnant or breast feeding, have a bipolar spectrum disorder.

Caution 

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any medications (especially blood thinners, hormone replacement therapy, birth control pills or antidepressant medication) supplements or if you have any pre-existing condition or symptoms including but not limited to diabetes, history of kidney stones, a liver disorder or develop liver trouble, an iron deficiency, gallstones or a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, or in the case of an estrogen-dependent cancer. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to any scheduled surgery. 

Side Effect Risks 

Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist, worsen or you develop any reactions which may include allergy or intolerance or drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Zinc supplements can cause a copper deficiency. Keep out of reach of children. Sealed for your protection. Do not use if seal is broken. Store in a cool, dry place.
